ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. At this time, the order is pending and has not yet been processed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will contain your tracking number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add online@titika.ca to your safe sender list.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
After you have submitted your order, we will not be able to make any changes to the order details. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us immediately by sending us an email to online@titika.ca. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel it.
CANCELLED/REFUNDED ORDERS
While we do our best to keep our website up-to-date with inventory quantities, there could be an instance where the item you ordered suddenly becomes out of stock and is no longer available. If this does happen, you will be notified within 24 to 48 hours. If your order contains other items that are in stock, we will still ship them out to you and refund the cost of the unavailable item.
DUTIES AND/OR TAXES
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties and/or taxes, which are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Payment of any duties and/or taxes are not covered by TITIKA Active Couture.
